Ultra Precision Lathe

The Astigmatic Ill lathe is an ultra-precision lathe used for manufacturing of spherical, aspherical and free form surfaces. The latest technology is implemented to achieve a polish free surface finish. To achieve this surface quality, hydrostatic linear guides and aerostatic spindle technology are integrated.

Connection of a robot cell which loads/unloads the ultra precision lathe automatically. The robot cell can be set-up modular with integration of different equipment.
